This may seem like a silly question but I am going to ask it anyway. What do you think happens when our pets die? Do all dogs go to Heaven? :?: Our beloved guinea pig died last night. (We had her 5 years) I had a hard time answering Daniel's question when he asked with tears if she was now with Jesus. What do you think?- love, angie

wow angie, I've been meaning to ask the SAME question! In fact, I was going to title it "All Dogs Go to Heaven :?: "

Last summer while visiting in Baton Rouge, my step-sisters dog died while we were there. My dad and step-mother had been dog sitting so my kids got quite attached to her. So, they were crushed when she died. My step-mother went ahead and told them that she was in heaven. I wasn't sure what to say because they had already started the discussion. So not to confuse my children any more, I left the subject alone. But I've been meaning to ask. I haven't found anything in scripture to say one way or the other.

Thanks for asking the question!! And I'm sorry for your loss. :(

Here's an article I read on the subject. I think the majority of what is said is very right on.

Let me know what you think!
